Since 2010, the positioning of www.customregie.be has remained the same: “Selling Qualified Audiences Solutions.”

We work as an external sales house on behalf of independent publishers. In the B2B sector, we work with PUB, MediaSpecs, and TBS Andzup, and in the B2C sector, we work with magazines Wilfried and Forum avocats, as well as handling specific assignments for LN24, Belgium’s first 100% news channel.

These six publishers have entrusted us with the sale and management of their print and online advertising inventories (websites and newsletters), as well as some of their events and programs.

Our approach is qualitative and based on a relationship of trust with the advertising market: media agencies, B2B and B2C advertisers “directly,” and also focusing on media creativity. For example, we enjoy working on briefings for product placement and brand integration in appropriate contexts. In this regard, we emphasize a strategic and personalized approach that is respectful and intelligent, while leveraging the creative aspects, audiences, and unique offerings of the media.

How did you choose to use andzup ?

andzup is primarily a rich and well-documented commercial prospecting tool that is reliable. The updates are optimal and allow us to reach out to companies we may not know much about, to make strategic proposals, develop our media opportunities, and offer them a vision. Andzup is also a serious tool that reflects advertising market trends, new arrivals, departures, and moves. Therefore, it is a practical tool to constantly drive the “sales machine” and create new connections.

How do you use andzup in your company and which department does it serve?

As an independent, I am the only user of andzup in the company. But I remain convinced that it is a practical tool that serves small and medium sized companies or larger organizations, mainly the sales and marketing departments.

What is the feature you use most often?

andzup’s (very) fast search engine allows us to directly select the right person, based on their linguistic role, and thus avoid sending mass emails. This way, we personalize our offers and ideas. Delivering intelligent and strategic service is our daily mission. We also make selections based on sectors and functions, and after analysis, we target our sector-specific offers and find continuous inspiration.

What is the direct impact of using Andzup for you and your teams?

Let’s be honest, the impact is never direct. Selling is a daily job that takes time and requires a lot of energy, focus, and precision. We refuse to ” use a sledgehammer to crack a nut.” Our communication world is about building relationships, curiosity, unexpected tomorrows, and creating beautiful stories. We are in a vibrant profession that is in constant creation.

How did you feel about the transition from lefac.com to Andzup in one word? What do you think of the new platform?

Surprised and happy.

andzup has replaced the lefac.com tool. It is faster, more ergonomic, and even better documented. What else?
